You are not required by law in Ireland to take formal training but professional rider training will substantially reduce your risk of being in an accident by teaching you the physical and mental skills necessary to ride safely on the road. After all, riding safety and riding skill are aspects of the same ability - the ability to control the position and speed of your bike relative to everything else on the road.

All instruction is on a one-to-one basis using the highest quality AUTOCOM radio. This enables constant communication with the student and crystal clear transmission.

Your Needs

Easy Rider Training has a full range of training courses available to meet the needs of all riders. My main aim is to deliver flexible, individually tailored courses which are geared towards your general or specific needs.

Courses are open-ended to allow you to progress at the pace that suits you not me! Additional courses may be suggested if I feel it would be advisable or if you want them. If you have a particular weakness courses can be customised to suit. Training is available at weekends but is popular - so book as soon as you can!

Motorcycle Maintenance Courses

MCL Rathgar Motorcycles runs a motorcycle maintenance course, this course involves motorbike repair and maintenance and can be highly beneficial to anyone who wishes to carry out their own work or servicing. These courses are tailored to suit your needs. Motorcycle repair and maintenance skills are provided by Tom Mac Loughlin.
